Position Overview: As a Senior UI FE Engineer you will play a key role in a newly formed group responsible for developing a central, business-critical product that directly drives a significant portion of the companys revenue. Youll be expected to lead projects end-to-end, design scalable systems, and help shape engineering best practices. Your work will directly affect the productivity, performance, and quality of our engineering at scale. What You'll Do: Lead the design and development of new features end-to-end from technical spec through production deployment Own complex architectural decisions and collaborate on high-level product design Define, spread, and enforce development standards across teams Partner with engineers and stakeholders across teams to ensure shared understanding, ownership, and alignment Drive the creation of reusable, generic components and services that serve multiple web apps Maintain a strong focus on performance, scalability, and code quality in a system thats critical to the entire organization What You Bring: Proven experience leading projects and designing systems in a fast-paced, product-driven environment Deep expertise with React in complex, performance-sensitive applications (4+ years) Strong system design skills and a track record of building maintainable, scalable architectures Experience with Next.js (a plus) Experience working with CMS platforms (a plus) Experience with microservices and cloud infrastructure (GCP is a plus) A collaborative, thoughtful engineer who enjoys helping others and driving cross-team initiatives What We Offer You Zynga offers a world-class benefits package that helps support and balance the needs of our teams. Base pay offered is based on market location and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective considerations. The total compensation package may include a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits. Details will be provided if an offer is made.
