Set up and maintain job codes for various client projects. Assist with summarizing financial information and preparing reports and schedules, often in PDF format. Client and File Management: Assist with the client intake process, including preparing engagement letters and performing conflict checks. Set up and manage secure client portals for document uploads. Organize and maintain client correspondence and files, particularly within Caseware. Set up files and manage multiple project deliverables to meet deadlines. Administrative and General Support: Review documents for spelling and grammar to ensure high-quality, professional communication. Utilize strong Word and Excel skills for various tasks, including data management and document creation. Communicate effectively with clients and team members. Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential. Experience with Caseware or similar accounting software is highly desirable. Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in English with a good command of French is a must. Experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role is preferred. Location in or near Ottawa is ideal.
