The Opportunity: Our Nuclear subsector, a key component of WSPs ERI (Energy, Resources and Industry) sector, supports clients in the nuclear industry. Our team offers a wide range of services, including technical and feasibility studies, project management, detailed design, procurement, site management, quality surveillance, commissioning and asset management. This division is operating at an exciting time as nuclear power and new technology solutions are developing globally, with Canada as a leader in nuclear refurbishments, nuclear new builds, incredible capital projects portfolios and a deep history in nuclear supply chain. WSP is currently seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer, Nuclear to join one of our Ontario offices. Several projects may require travel to Tiverton, Ontario; Toronto, Ontario; Saint John, New Brunswick; Pickering and Oshawa, Ontario. As part of our dynamic and growing Nuclear team, this position will play a crucial role in the design and optimization of complex power generation projects across North America. This role involves close collaboration with clients and stakeholders to understand their engineering needs, ensuring successful project coordination and management. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise and consulting experience, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and have the ability to lead and mentor junior engineers and designers.
