Position Summary: As a Site Administrator, you will lead with compassion and integrity, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care. Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, you will oversee all aspects of resident care, safety, and quality of life, while managing the operational budget and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. The Site Administrator will: Model the organizations mission, vision, and values, consistently representing Covenant professionally and positively. Collaborate effectively as a professional team player, supporting the achievement of Covenants mission, vision, and values. Engage and mobilize teams to fulfill Covenants mission, vision, values, and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support care and hospitality teams to deliver exceptional care. Engage and mobilize teams to achieve strategic objectives. Ensure compliance with all standards and regulations. Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment. Qualifications: Degree in healthcare or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in a continuing care setting. 2 4 years of experience in a leadership position, in healthcare (multi-disciplinary teams) Strong interpersonal skills and professional judgment.
