Overview We are looking for autonomous, highly enthusiastic, and entrepreneurial individuals to join RBC Insurances External Sales Network. As a Life and Wealth Advisor (PQAP/PQPAV), you will provide integrated life insurance and wealth planning services to your RBC-referred or newly acquired client network, offering solutions tailored to their evolving needs. You will be supported by internal partners who help deepen client relationships through effective prospecting and ethical selling practices. Responsibilities Establish connections with clients to understand life events and provide comprehensive life and financial planning advice aligned with current and evolving needs. Put the client first in a digital environment by meeting clients at their convenience. Build and deepen client relationships using Salesforce and other compliant online tools and forms. Contribute to sales team success by achieving individual sales targets. Expand external networks by leveraging market opportunities and approved referrals from influential contacts. Regularly review personal sales results and adjust activities to meet targets. Support RBCs vision of being one of the worlds most respected and prosperous financial institutions. What you need to succeed Postsecondary education or equivalent Life insurance license (PQAP/PQPAV) or willingness to obtain before start date Professional sales experience with an entrepreneurial mindset Business development and prospecting skills with goal orientation and strong drive to succeed Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships Existing referral network within the community Digital literacy across a range of systems and tools Assets Professional sales experience in insurance English proficiency to serve the anglophone community Preferred credentials: CFP, AVA, CHS What youll gain We strive to maximize our potential, think differently to fuel growth, and collaborate to deliver reliable guidance that contributes to client success and community prosperity.
