Overview Auto Glass Repair Shop Manager - Store#16191 - 1124 Rymal Road East | Stoney Creek, Ontario, Canada. Driven Brands Inc. is seeking a Shop Manager for Auto Glass Now (a division of Driven Brands) with paid training available. Experience is valued but not required. This role offers opportunities to lead a growing team of Auto Glass Technicians and may involve airport, retail, or mobile operations. Responsibilities Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new Glass Technicians and Customer Service Reps Creating employee schedules and submitting payroll Managing inventory: conduct End of Period (EOP) and End of Year (EOY) inventory Balancing registers, closing invoices, and making bank deposits Placing product orders and restocking inventory as needed Understanding shop financials to drive results and manage budget Conducting quarterly employee evaluations Supporting team members by answering customer questions and performing glass repairs Providing excellent customer service Qualifications Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to maneuver around vehicles safely during installations Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning for extended periods Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary Must have a valid drivers license Must pass a drug test for safety Must be willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week on occasion Must have basic computer operating skills Benefits and Compensation Paid Training at $25/hr during the training period Potential to earn $50k - $65k+ per year as Shop Manager after promotion PAID TIME OFF Health, Vision, & Dental Insurance 401(k) company match for all employees #J-18808-Ljbffr
