Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent Wage: $29.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience) Number of Positions: 1 Job Duties: Assess and monitor each childs developmental progress to design and implement individualized learning plans Develop and oversee child care programs that foster the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social growth of children Supervise and provide guidance to staff, trainees, and volunteers to ensure quality program delivery and compliance with policies Plan and maintain a safe, healthy, and inclusive environment that supports the well-being and security of children Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and organizational standards Conduct observations of childrens behaviour and development, and prepare reports for parents, guardians, and relevant stakeholders Lead and coordinate activities that encourage creativity, self-expression, and social interaction through art, music, storytelling, and play Establish and enforce guidelines for positive behaviour and conflict resolution Organize and facilitate staff meetings to discuss program effectiveness, child progress, and areas for improvement Establish and maintain effective relationships with parents, co-workers, and community service providers to support childrens needs Plan and coordinate activities for school-age children during before- and after-school care programs Job requirements: Experience: Experience is an asset Education: College Certificate or diploma in early childhood education is required How to Apply: Company information: Laugh and Learn Children Centre Ltd.
