Maintain patient confidentiality, update medication profiles, and adhere to privacy laws. Lead a team of pharmacists and pharmacy assistants, including hiring, motivation, scheduling, performance management, and training. Participate in weekly management meetings. Generate and interpret weekly and monthly reports, manage financial results, claims, losses, and inventory. Process prescriptions and renewals accurately and safely. Handle complaints, provide medication information, and ensure proper medication storage and disposal. Use pharmacy systems and equipment responsibly to protect company assets. Manage workflow processes of pharmacy assistants. Minimum skills required...
