About the Role As a Sales Manager , youll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in the sales department, ensuring a seamless customer experience while meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role involves supervising sales advisors through the sale process, coaching on performance, and managing customer interactions. Key Responsibilities Work Closely with fellow managers and build strong trust-based relationships with them New and Used inventory management, merchandising, and departmental efficiency Marketing planning, execution and analysis Lead and motivate the sale steam to achieve individual and team targets.
