Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management-2 (CAN) Walmart Canada The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management is responsible for strategic design and operations of supply chain processes, ensuring efficient flow, inventory management, and on-shelf availability. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize delivery, manage costs, and drive continuous improvement. What You'll Do Lead the planning and execution of supply chain strategies, including long-range planning and annual operating plans. Focus on optimizing delivery networks, improving efficiency, and ensuring best-in-class delivery experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as finance, merchandising, and operations to develop and execute these strategies. Drive business opportunities by identifying and assessing program feasibility, evaluating financial and physical performance, and implementing industry best practices. Act as a subject-matter expert and develop benchmarking initiatives to enhance supply chain processes. Support system solutions for new features, working with product and engineering teams to address critical business issues. Develop and manage budgets and business cases for strategic projects. Coach teams that manage delivery service providers and store operations. Work with various teams to resolve capacity constraints, develop mitigation activities, and guide executive decision-making. May oversee planning and execution for large promotional events and manage complex stakeholder relationships to drive continuous improvement.
