Design, install and maintain IT/OT infrastructures (networks, servers, virtualization, wireless). Identify client needs for new business opportunities or ongoing projects. Establish project scopes and draft proposals. Serve as a technical reference on the team. Prepare blog articles, technical papers or other documents to promote the firm. Provide leadership when preparing technical and commercial proposals. Prepare technical reports and recommendations. Serve as an ambassador for the team to other departments. Lead and coordinate technical teams to ensure project success. Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients while meeting their high expectations.
