Job Description

The Copy & Print Centre Sales Support Coordinator (SSC) is responsible for providing support services to Business Development Mangers and Account Managers for accountsdeemed strategic in scope on a regional or national level requiring coordination. Working in partnership with the sales team, the SSC will assist withmonthly invoicing for customer payment, verify shipping and on time delivery where required, and work with vendor partners to coordinate for production. There may be times the SSC will help with estimates for digital and specialty print products & services by assessing the characteristics of the project. Also may be involved with saleforce.com to ensure that quotations, proofs, uploads to box, .com etc. are entered into Sales force. The SSC will support sales teams with communication to the sales team, store teams, and customers on projects, and to help ensure that customer service is a priority. Specifically, You Will: Collaborates with others and administers project requests from multiple contacts for digital and specialty print requirements. Will be responsible to assist the Business Development Managers and Account Managers with accounts that are at a regional or national level requiring monthly invoicing of multiple locations, and shipping to multiple locations. Work with vendor partners and coordinate multiple projects. Partner with Territory Sales Managers to determine accounts that require administrative support from the Copy & Print Support Coordinator. Ensure quotations match original order specifications and manage change requests. Ensure appropriate level of communication with all internal business partners. Responds to internal client needs in a thorough and timely manner. Ensure customer orders stay on track and arrive to customers destination when promised. Directly supports strategic accounts (payment administration, logistics). Some of what you need: College or technical school diploma in graphic arts or related discipline. Writing-technical and tailored texts. Mathematical Skills-completes basic and complex mathematical calculations. Bilingual in French and English. Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft office. Understands steps involved in the printing process. 1-2 Years experience in the graphic arts & printing industry with specific background in print.
