We are looking for a highly skilled and client-focused Data Analyst with deep expertise in Databricks to join our AI/ML team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving data transformations, structuring datasets, and managing data ingestion processes based on business requirements. This role requires strong communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable data solutions. Years of experience needed 5+ years of experience in data analytics and transformation. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks , including advanced use of notebooks, Delta Lake, and Spark-based processing. Technical Skills: Programming Languages: Python, SQL, Scala (preferred) Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP (Databricks integration) Version Control: Git Nice to Have: Experience withData Scienceprojects Familiarity withMLflow, AutoML, or other machine learning frameworks Exposure toCI/CDand DevOps practices Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions. Design and implement scalable data ingestion pipelines using Databricks. Perform data transformations and structure datasets for analytics and reporting. Optimize performance of Spark jobs and manage resource utilization in Databricks. Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across all stages of the pipeline. Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and standards. Work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business analysts. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior analysts on Databricks best practices. Present insights and findings to clients and stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
