Overview Senior Revenue Operations Analyst at Method CRM. Method is hiring a hands-on systems-builder to create the backbone of our revenue operations, connecting GTM systems, organizing data into real-time dashboards, and surfacing insights that drive decision-making across the business. The role reports to the CRO and works closely with leadership in sales, marketing, and product. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role with visibility. Responsibilities Revenue & GTM Systems (50%) Develop and code data connections by creating connections between data systems to deliver automated emails or in-app notifications, and set up data systems for cross-system data analysis and insights. Tech Stack Optimization: Own optimization of GTM tools and systems (CRM, marketing automation, sales, product analytics, and customer support platforms). Maintain data integrity and troubleshoot data issues or integration challenges across systems. Data Integrity: Lead data governance, including ETL processes. Manage end-to-end data hygiene, system accuracy, and reporting integrity. Document data definitions and ensure reporting consistency. Make direct system changes when errors occur or updates are needed. Evolve Scalable GTM workflows: Contribute to plans to evolve cross-functional systems, including adoption and integration of AI agents. Recommend changes to keep efficiency and tech-stack costs aligned with revenue growth. Technology Stack Process Documentation: Create documentation to ensure alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Resolve operational gaps and keep documentation up to date for lead assignment, lead scoring, and follow-up activities. BI & Insight Development (30%) Build and maintain dashboards tracking critical metrics (pipeline health, opportunities, pipeline efficiency, lead conversions) with data accuracy across reporting. KPI tracking: Deliver accurate operational metrics to measure funnel health, forecast accuracy, and scale readiness for growth. Manage and improve data pipelines by collaborating with teams to deliver actionable insights. Translate raw data into narratives that drive action for the executive team. Strategic Analysis & Decision Support (20%) Answer open-ended business questions and support board meeting prep with clear reporting on ICP growth, conversion trends, and growth levers. Work cross-functionally to align metrics with strategy. What You Bring & Who You Are Hands-on development and database experience, including ETL setup and coding data connections between systems. Strong knowledge of SQL and Python or C#; passion for developing in coding and technical systems. At least 5 years of experience with business systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Segment) and building out GTM systems for a SaaS business. Understanding of data analysis, BI, and visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI). Understanding of how revenue teams operate and what they need from data. Excellent communicator who can translate complex ops topics to non-technical stakeholders. Independent worker with the ability to prioritize and execute with minimal supervision. Experience or strong curiosity in using AI tools to streamline workflows and analyze data. Bias toward action, curiosity, and willingness to question priorities. Track record of quickly learning new technologies and solving real-world problems. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or related post-grad credentials preferred. Launch executive and functional dashboards (Looker/Power BI) for pipeline health, forecast, conversion, and ROI; establish alerts and KPI glossary. Build activation and expansion insights; pilot AI/automation with measurable time savings. Standardize a monthly exec-ready revenue packet with insights and actionable levers.
