The Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Change Manager to support organizational transformation and system adoption on major public sector engagements. Youll be responsible for developing and executing change strategies that help people navigate transitionwhether adopting new technologies, adapting to new roles, or transforming service delivery. This role is ideal for someone who brings a mix of strategic insight and tactical delivery, understands public sector dynamics, and knows how to balance structure with empathy.
