How You'll Make An Impact Supporting a portfolio of Commercial Clients, playing an important role in business retention and continually building upon customer relationships. Respond to client inquiries quickly and efficiently, maintaining the quick turnaround time for any actions required on behalf of the client. Work with the Programs service team to issue policy documents. Consistently acting to upgrade insurance market knowledge, keeping abreast of new products and policy changes. About You Secondary School Diploma required, College or University Degree preferred. 1+ years of Commercial Insurance experience required. CAIB, CIP, CRM or other relevant certifications/designations highly valued. Active and in good standing Insurance Brokers License; Level 1 required, pursuit or completion of Level 2 highly desirable.
