Learn more about us by visiting Responsibilities Compose official communications and high-quality presentations Investigate issues independently Assist team in reviewing documents as required (primarily grammatical, and presentation formats) Be knowledgeable in SharePoint, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint Ensure team adherence to accepted document control processes Perform the roles, tasks and requirements of your position as reasonably expected by the CEO and required under the Project Agreement and Drop-Down Agreements Set a high standard of professional conduct as an example to staff and business associates Other duties as assigned Contract activities: Prepare and track variation change estimates and change orders Calendar and Schedule Management: Schedule governance and internal meetings, draft and distribute agendas, reports, presentations and minutes Information Management: Organizing, filing, and maintaining important documents, reports, and other essential paperwork on several platforms Financial Management: Process invoices, track deductions and payables Qualifications Post-secondary education in Business; knowledge of Public-Private Partnership (P3) projects considered an asset. Eligible to obtain Top Secret security clearance. On-site position based exclusively at our Ottawa office. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with excellent writing and editing skills. Demonstrates a strong work ethic, professionalism, and high integrity. Collaborative team player with the ability to contribute positively toward successful project completion. Familiarity with facility management processes and terminology is preferred. Experience with SharePoint and project management or scheduling software is an asset.
