Job Description: You will manage 7 to 9 crews in the field, including scheduling, overseeing production, staffing, training, and ensuring weekly productivity goals. Key performance indicators include achieving an average of 40+ hours of weekly production per painter, maintaining customer review ratings of 98% or higher, and matching previous years' gross profit margins. Flexible hours starting as early as 7:30 am and ending around 5/6 pm, with some weekend work during peak seasons. This role requires working until the job is completed; it is not a typical 9 am to 5 pm job. If predictable hours are a priority, this role may not be suitable. Continuing education and training are part of the job. Job Experience Required: 5+ years managing multiple onsite crews in home building or improvement sectors. 2+ years of residential or commercial painter experience. Experience with online scheduling systems for job assignments. Ability to work in a demanding multitask environment. Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Infusionsoft and Google Applications. Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle. Successful completion of a criminal background check. Job Skills Required Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills for managing diverse clients and trades, both verbally and in writing. Strong leadership and motivation skills to ensure team KPIs are met. Hands-on leadership style, leading by example. Commitment to continuous improvement (CANI). Team-oriented mindset. Salary & Compensation: Year 1 Base salary of $50-60K with incentives to reach $65K+. Participation in a medical benefits plan after completing a 90-day trial period.
