We are currently hiring for a Finance Manager within our highly professional and strategically focused business partnering team, reporting to the VP, Personal Lines FP&A, Performance and business partnering. Working with the end state in mind is conceptual in approach and can assist in managing the full spectrum of strategic/financial activities. What You'll Do Understands key financial and operational performance drivers and helps integrate them consistently into our business management reporting processes Support the development/refinement of appropriate efficiency metrics, dashboards and financial/non-financial KPIs to enable effective performance management Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements Prepare financial performance reporting for monthly leadership reviews.
