Weld Quality Control Lead Position Title : Weld Quality Control Lead Category/Shift: Hourly Full-Time Pay Range: $45.50 - $50.55 per hour plus shift premium Physical Location: International Paper Grande Prairie Pulp Mill, 53024A Resources Road, County of Grande Prairie No.1 Weld Quality & Control: The WQC's primary responsibilities are to review drawings, create construction packages, perform visual inspections and witness hydro testing. WQC has also been tasked with maintaining calibrations for Pressure Gauges, Torque Wrenches and welding machines. Additionally, the WQC Lead is responsible for planning the Annual Outage Hydro Testing requirements, which include coordinating needs from the Weld Shop, PVI and Capital Projects.
