About the Role: As a Sales Closer with MAD Events, youll represent leading brands at live retail promotions, experiential marketing activations, and special events across Louisville. Your mission: create memorable customer interactions that lead to sales and do it with energy, precision, and personality. Responsibilities: Engage with customers face-to-face at live events and retail activations. Present products/services in a compelling way that leads to conversions. Maintain a high close rate by building rapport quickly and addressing objections. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Sales-minded professionals with a closers mentality. High-energy communicators who can influence and persuade. Competitive personalities who love hitting targets and breaking records. Team players who thrive in fast-paced, performance-driven environments. Previous face-to-face sales experience is a plus but not required if youve got the drive.
