Were looking for an Answer Engine Optimization & Social Media Coordinator someone who loves social media but is also curious about how AI is changing the rules of digital visibility. You dont need to know it all we will train you What You Will Do Manage and grow Xeos LinkedIn, Facebook, and social channels with engaging posts. Create content that works not just for people, but for AI systems (structured, optimized, and smart). Build AI citations & mentions that improve credibility across the web. Support online reputation through platforms like Capterra, BBB, G2, and industry listings. Track engagement, monitor visibility, and suggest fresh ideas. Work closely with the founder on campaigns that spotlight Xeos AI tools and services. What We Are Looking For Strong interest in social media and digital marketing. Basic experience with content tools (Canva, Figma, CapCut, or similar). Good writing skills with a creative, punchy style. Curiosity about AI, startups, and the future of marketing. Detail-oriented and organized (youll be managing multiple platforms). Dont worry well train you on the AI-specific parts like citations, mentions, and AEO.)
