Overview Regional Field Service Manager for Height Works Ltd. in the Lower Mainland, British Columbia. Height Works is a Canadian owned company providing safety service solutions for workers exposed to heights, including engineered fall protection systems, inspections and testing, consulting services, and personal safety equipment sales. We are seeking a motivated and collaborative team member to oversee regional operations, drive sales, manage a small team, ensure customer service and sales satisfaction, and participate in onsite inspection and installation of engineered fall protection systems. Key responsibilities include working with senior leadership to set sales and service targets, supporting company policies and culture, and cultivating customer and vendor relationships. The role requires leadership, communication, analytical and business development skills, combined with onsite construction experience and leadership. Responsibilities Operations Management: Direct daily branch operations to ensure efficient and effective functioning, and reporting. Onsite Inspections and Installations: Participate in onsite inspections and installations of engineered fall protection systems and related components. Manage PPE usage, distribution and storage of materials, ensuring organized and safe service delivery. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal/regulatory requirements. Customer & Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders; respond to client regional inquiries. Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and motivate regional staff to ensure productivity, high customer service, and a positive work environment. Sales and Business Development: Collaborate on strategies to increase sales and grow market share to achieve business objectives. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and inform strategies. Financial Oversight: Monitor branch financial performance and manage assigned budgets.
