Create a welcoming and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff Provide exceptional customer service through the management of the reception desk (in person and telephone) Patient watch and triage control Foot patrol inside and outside of the facility CCTV monitoring Deter and manage trespassing Incident report writing What Skills, Experience, and Qualifications does a Healthcare Security Guard in Toronto need?
