About The Role Job Description Vous navez pas votre permis dexpert en sinistre en main, pas de problme on soccupe de votre formation! Lieux de travail : Montral (2020, Boulevard Robert-Bourassa), Laval (600 rue Lucien-Paiement), Qubec (5700 Boulevard des Galeries) ou Saint-Hyacinthe (2450 Rue Girouard Ouest). Horaire de travail : 9h00 17h00, du lundi au vendredi (35 heures/semaine) Ce Que Vous Accomplirez Chez Nous Ouvrir les nouvelles rclamations au tlphone avec les clients, puis assurer une prise en charge immdiate de la situation. Recueillir les versions des faits des assurs et/ou tmoins en les interrogeant sur les vnements. Dterminer si le sinistre est couvert ou non en faisant l'analyse des garanties requises pour couvrir le sinistre. Analyser les renseignements obtenus, prendre les dcisions qui serviront tablir la responsabilit et rviser l'valuation des dommages. Procder au rglement du sinistre de faon juste et quitable, valider les dommages et complter les paiements. Ce Que Vous Mettrez Profit Permis dexpert en sinistre et russite des examens. Exprience pertinente au poste. Solides comptences en gestion du temps. Excellentes aptitudes la communication crite et verbale. Ce Qu'on Recherche Afin dobtenir votre permis dexpert en sinistre vous devez avoir votre : AEC en assurance ou DEC complt (exception possible si vous dtenez un DES ET trois ans dexpriences temps plein sur le march du travail); Votre excellent service la clientle vous permettra de rassurer et daccompagner votre assur avec empathie tout au long de la rclamation; Votre sens de lanalyse vous permettra dutiliser votre logique et votre jugement dans lvaluation de vos dossiers de rclamation ; Naviguer travers diffrents systmes informatiques pour accomplir vos tches ne vous fait pas peur; Capacit sadapter au changement dans un environnement de travail en constante volution; Vous tes en mesure dinteragir autant avec notre clientle francophone quanglophone au quotidien / anglais intermdiaire. Ncessit de traiter des dossiers de rclamations dune clientle anglophone sur une base rgulire Formation Votre formation rmunre, temps plein vous permettra de dcouvrir concrtement le domaine de lassurance et la culture Intact; Vous serez rmunr, encadr et soutenu au cours de votre prparation aux examens afin dobtention votre permis dexpert en sinistre.
