We are looking for a Project Manager to lead construction projects from pre-construction through completion, collaborating with a team and clients to deliver successful outcomes. Responsibilities Provide overall construction management from pre-construction to completion including design, coordination, budget, and schedule in conjunction with the Superintendent Prepare regular, timely and accurate billings for Owners, and ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings Meet with Owners and Architects in a professional manner and communicate the concerns and best interests of the company Monitor, interpret and forecast a projects cost reports ensuring they align with the estimate and maintain positive cash flow Lead project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor and support the teams ongoing development and progression Submit project reports to Area Manager and communicate with management about project progress and areas of risk that need escalation Qualifications Minimum of 7 years+ of experience working as a Project Manager in general construction; excavation & shoring, underground utilities, bridges and structure below grade and at-grade Experience with structural piling or concrete work is an asset Ability to mentor and delegate to a large team while developing and maintaining strong client relations CISD Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain it Employment details Employment type: Full-time Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Job function: Project Management and Information Technology Industries: Construction Accommodation for applicants with disabilities will be made during the recruitment process when requested.
