We are looking for a Senior Clinical Data Manager to join a world-leading CRO and to lead the charge on complex, multi-regional studies and to serve as a trusted partner with a dedicated client. This is a high-impact role ideal for a data management expert ready to take ownership of global study delivery, influence cross-functional strategies, and mentor the next generation of data professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for clients on all data management deliverables across assigned studies or programs.Lead and manage multiple large global studies or an integrated program of studies, ensuring timely and quality-driven delivery.Negotiate directly with customers on timelines, budgets, resources, and processes, building strong long-term partnerships.Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, offering ongoing training, oversight, and professional development support.Oversee all aspects of data management activities, including data cleaning, database design, CRF development, and database lock.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including biostatistics, clinical operations, and project management teams.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (GCP, ICH, CDISC) and company SOPs.What Were Looking ForMinimum of 10 years' relevant experience in clinical data management within a CRO, pharma, or biotech setting.At least 7 years as an independent Lead Data Manager, with full responsibility for study-level DM deliverables.Proven track record managing large-scale global clinical trials.Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles and direct negotiations.Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development and knowledge-sharing.Expertise in industry-standard EDC systems and familiarity with CDISC/CDASH standards.Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Why Join Us?Be part of a global, mission-driven team at the forefront of clinical innovation.Work on diverse, complex studies with top-tier sponsors and collaborators.Opportunities for career growth, leadership, and global mobility.Supportive, flexible work culture that values excellence, accountability, and collaboration.Ready to advance your data management career?
