The Opportunity As a Sales Operations Analyst, you'll play a key role in helping our organization achieve its strategic goals and drive operational excellence. You'll work closely with our customerfacing teams to maximize the impact of our sales technology and business metrics/analytics. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact sales efficiency projects within our rapidly growing Revenue Operations team. Youll use your creativity and leadership skills to navigate between Salesforce, spreadsheets, and meetings, all while working on exciting projects that will shape the future of our sales team. This role offers a groundfloor opportunity for a motivated selfstarter to gain valuable experience and advance quickly. In addition to your main responsibilities, you may also perform sales and compensation analytics, including data mining and transforming information into business intelligence to help achieve our strategic sales objectives. We're looking for someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into the sales process and daytoday operations. You'll need strong personal, analytical, and operational skills to work closely with our business team as we grow to the next level. Responsibilities Collaborate with teams across the globe to understand their operational and strategic needs. Ensure consistent use of sales technologies and best practices across teams. Create dashboards and reports to track performance and process efficiency. Design dashboards to help sales teams stay on top of their daily functions. Build and standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review. Update Salesforce as needed, maintain records, and run standard adhoc reports. Provide daytoday support to the global sales leader organization, including demonstrating sales processes, developing reports and dashboards, and answering related questions. Develop data infrastructure and other tools to make analytics easier and more effective. Produce adhoc analyses to help the team understand customer behavior and drive decisionmaking. Be a thought leader and goto expert on data resources and tools. Implement best practices for data integrity, including database cleanup and ensuring data quality. Perform data validation and enduser testing of dashboards to ensure accuracy and usability. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to apply best practices and processes to platform strategies. Support sales leaders with managing opportunity pipelines and planning requirements. Support the commission calculation and forecasting process. Requirements 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Sales Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or related fields. Strong time and project management skills to help scope and prioritize projects. Proven ability to thrive in a highpaced environment and respond to urgent requests. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in work that goes to senior leadership. Excellent teaching and influencing skills to train people on new tools and processes. Flexibility and adaptability. Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels. Strong data skills, able to handle large datasets in Excel/Sheets systematically. Deeply datadriven, naturally curious, and passionate about building datadriven organizations. Intermediate/Advanced Salesforce experience (reporting, building dashboards, light admin). Organized, detailoriented, and strategically focused selfstarter able to juggle multiple projects. Bonus Points For Experience with technology like Outreach, Chorus.ai, DiscoverOrg, LeanData.
