We are seeking a fulltime Assistant Store Manager located in Calgary, AB. This role supports the Auto Parts Division, which is the largest Canadian distribution network for vehicle replacement parts. Responsibilities Effectively support the overall objectives of the store, including providing an exceptional level of customer service. Assist with sales initiatives and develop strategies to increase retail sales. Assist the Store Manager in developing and motivating team members to help them reach their personal and career growth goals. Support the Store Manager in managing the assets of the store, including participating in regular inventories and keeping the store stocked and tidy. Salary & Benefits Salary range: $63,000 $76,000. The final offer will depend on internal equity and relevant experience. Qualifications Previous retail or management experience (automotive industry an asset). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Customerfocused attitude with the ability to motivate and coach a team. Basic computer and POS system knowledge. Valid drivers license. Vehicle parts knowledge (asset). About the Division The Auto Parts Division is mainly involved in the sale, distribution, and marketing of replacement parts and supplies for cars and light trucks.
