Job Title Territory Sales Manager Machining and Millwright Services Overview Fundy Machining and Millwright is seeking a fulltime Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Truro, NS. The successful candidate will represent Hercules with a strong positive attitude, champion growth inside and outside the branch, and provide a solutionsbased approach to client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute an annual sales plan to achieve targets. Plan, prepare, and conduct facetoface sales calls with specific objectives. Determine customer needs and present Hercules products/services as solutions. Manage customer relationships, information, and business opportunities. Balance customerfacing activities with branchbased work. Report sales situations to build additional strategies. Conduct effective prospecting and set contact sales objectives. Qualifications College diploma or university degree in a related field (education and work experience acceptable). Energetic and enthusiastic attitude. Strong computer skills and aptitude for learning new technology. Strong organizational and timemanagement skills. References attesting to proven track record. Benefits Competitive salary ($60,000$75,000, depending on experience). Territory Sales Commission Plan participation. 5% RRSP matching program (after one year).
