Role Overview We are hiring a Hardware System Engineer to help drive postsilicon planning and execution for some of the leading photonicsbased interconnect solutions. You will work alongside a team of worldclass scientists and engineers in defining how the system will be optimized and trailblaze problems that are new to the industry. Responsibilities Indepth analysis of PHY and optical link performance Close collaboration with various teams to develop tuning and calibration algorithms for photonics and analog logic Handson postsilicon performance analysis and debug Creation of postsilicon test cases and planning Crossteam functional postsilicon bringup and execution Behavioral modeling of photonics and analog circuits Ability to run and analyze mixedsignal simulations Qualifications Masters in Electrical/Computer Engineering with a minimum of 7 years of industry experience Minimum of 2 years of postsilicon validation experience Expertise in scripting Python Familiarity with ASIC design flows and FinFET technologies Understanding of digital design concepts, including RTL coding in Verilog and running/debugging simulations Preferred Qualifications PhD degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of industry experience Knowledge of optical link design architectures Expertise with modeling advanced systems in SystemVerilog Expertise with modeling advanced systems in Python and C Expertise scripting in other languages such as C, Perl, or TCL Benefits Comprehensive Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Savings Matching Program Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Generous Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Paid Family Leave Short Term & Long Term Disability Training & Development Commuter Benefits Flexible, hybrid workplace model Equity grants (applicable to fulltime employees) Benefits eligibility may vary depending on your employment status.
