Overview Trust Child Care Centre is a family owned child care center. We are located in a quiet neighborhood 5 mins from the Summerhill subway station. Trust is currently hiring for an Ontario-registered early childhood educator to join our toddler teaching team. Candidates must have an approach to programming that will complement Trust's emergent play-based curriculum. Trust participates in PWEG and in the CWELLC program for child care centres which will provide additional benefits to teachers. W.E.G. - Trust Child Care participates in the Provincial Wage Enhancement Program. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about How Does Learning Happen. Strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent customer service qualities are essential. Qualifications Ontario-registered early childhood educator (you must have your membership number and be in good standing with the college) Knowledge of emergent play-based curriculum and How Does Learning Happen Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service qualities Ability to collaborate with a team in a centre-based teaching environment Hiring Process We will confirm receipt of your resume. In-person interviews will consist of 30 minutes with an office team member, a quick tour of our school, and time inside a classroom with a teaching team and children.
