Job Title OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate (Canada) Walmart Canada Position Summary Develop your retail skills in an engaging and fastpaced environment. As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, you will pick, pack, and dispense online orders with high quality and accuracy, while adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty. What Youll Do Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality to achieve ontime delivery. Pack orders with attention to detail, distinguishing between similar named products and ensuring correct quantity and product codes. Ensure that picked products are of the highest quality, free from damage and freshest product selection. Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation, including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels. Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a spaceefficient manner while maintaining product quality standards. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction by supporting issue resolution. Strictly adhere to safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic work area, cleaning spills and debris, and ensuring totes are clean and void of debris before packing. Operate material handling equipment safely and responsibly, completing all preinspection checks before use, and exhibit behaviors that support the organizations mission and core values. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and efficiencies, and demonstrate flexibility in completing work assignments based on customer requests and meeting daily delivery schedules.
