With 13 bakeries in North America, we are committed to driving innovation, predicting upcoming consumer trends and flavors, and exceeding our customers expectations.As Senior Manager, Customer Development, youll be the go-to partner for some of our most strategic key accounts, ensuring we continue to grow and deliver exceptional service. Youll be a connector between our customers and internal teamsdriving revenue, execution, and alignment across the supply chain.Key AccountabilitiesLead strategic customer partnerships by managing key accounts to drive volume goals via new placements, promotions, and merchandising.Act as the expert on your assigned customerknow their business inside and out and align our efforts to support their goals.Drive cross-functional execution by collaborating with internal teams like Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Brand Management to roll out new programs.Champion internal alignment with other customer development team members to ensure a cohesive strategy across Aspire.Deliver results by managing the business end-to-end and holding ownership of annual revenue targets.Ensure product delivery expectations are met by working closely with production and supply teams.Problem-solve quality or food safety issues swiftly, offering up solutions and action steps.Lead presentations and meetings with customers, internal stakeholders, and at key industry events.Deepen customer relationships by developing trust, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities.Be a thought partner for growth by championing distribution expansion, innovation, and future launches.QualificationsBachelors Degree in a relevant field5+ years of sales or sales management experience, preferably in food or CPGProven track record of business development success and managing large Canadian brands or QSR accountsA strategic mindset with the flexibility to operate at both high and granular levelExcellent communication skills with the ability to present to both internal and external audiencesCollaborative style and ability to build strong relationships across departmentsStrong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and WordWe thank each applicant for taking the time and effort to submit your resume, however, only candidates to be interviewed will be contacted.
