Reporting to program leadership, youll be part of a collaborative, high-energy team delivering care in a structured, supportive environment. Your mission: provide exceptional, high-quality service while keeping safety and well-being at the heart of everything you do.BenefitsCompetitive base hourly rate plus $1 - $2 premium based on program plus $3 overnight premium for all hours worked between 11:00 pm and 7:00 amGenerous extended health benefits, retirement program, and 3 weeks vacationA holistic approach to your well-being, with physical and mental health programs and a supportive workplace cultureResponsibilitiesImplementing and maintaining a structured setting fostering the development of personal and social functioning for each client.Participates actively in supervisory meetings, team meetings, and retreats, planning sessions, and designated in-service training.Is responsible for a variety of therapeutic responsibilities for particular children, youth, and their families. In combination with relevant case management, these responsibilities include attendance at case conferences, involvement in intervention strategies, consultations, school meetings, doctors appointments, family meetings, etc.Maintains the upkeep of the living space of the program and ensures the provision of a program that fits the requirements of the Licensing Department.Is responsible for a variety of tasks associated with program functioning including meal preparation, cleaning, and transportation of children, youth, and families.Executes other responsibilities as may be assigned.QualificationsDiploma/Undergraduate Degree in the Social Sciences, Child and Youth Care, Social Work, Nursing, and minimum two to four years related experience.Experience with supporting youth with complex needs, substance use and high-risk behaviours preferred.Class 5 Driver's License.Current CPR and First Aid Certification.Current proof of professional registration may be required for certain diplomas or degrees.We are committed to a workplace that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve.
