Opportunity Zurich Canada is hiring for our Claims Training Program in our Toronto office. This entrylevel opportunity is for new and recent university graduates who want to become successful members of our claims team. The program begins in June 2026 and includes onboarding, classroom training, and onthejob development. You will learn all aspects of handling claims by following Zurichs best practices and progressively build your skills as you are introduced to more complex claims, case studies, and skillbuilding exercises. Responsibilities Be part of an internal career path and engage in active conversations with leadership to develop a plan for growth into a knowledgeable professional in claims handling. Learn technical claims excellence and industry best practices from experienced managers, leaders, and other claims professionals to have longterm opportunity and development across the Claims organization. Interact with colleagues from diverse experience and backgrounds in a team environment. Develop partnerships across organizational levels and functions. Invest in your career development with support for additional insurance designations and coursework. Qualifications Completed bachelors degree (class of 24, 25, or 26). Must be able to obtain and retain required Adjuster license. Be legally eligible to work in Canada. Preferred Qualifications Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale. Leadership and involvement in extracurricular activities with on campus organizations and/or community, public service or similar activities. Corporate internship experience or corporate work experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent writing ability. Confident decisionmaking abilities. Time management skills. Microsoft Office skills. High learning agility. Analytical aptitude. Bilingualism (English & French).
