Certified 310T Mechanic - (Morning and Afternoon Shift) Merit Ontario is a construction association supporting small to large construction companies with workforce needs across Ontario. Our talent specialists provide recruitment services and customized solutions to find quality candidates. We are placing a Certified 310T Mechanic (Morning and Afternoon Shift) in Carleton Place, ON. Shift times Morning shift: 4:00 AM to 2:00 PM Monday to Friday. Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM Monday to Friday. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment and trucks. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues. Ensure all equipment is in safe working condition. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Supervise and provide guidance to junior technicians. Requirements 310T Mechanic license is required. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to get to and from work. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Employee Benefits Overtime after 44 hours.
