Operations Supervisor Ryder System, Inc. is a Fortune 500 transportation and logistics company. We are hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead dayday maintenance operations at Alliston and Markdale, Ontario. Location & Shift Alliston ON and Markdale ON (23 times a month). Monday Friday, 7am 4pm. Salary $65,000Annual Salary. Responsibilities Workflow Management: plan and schedule work, assign technicians, track productivity, conduct shift meetings and RO reviews. Labor Management: train and develop all personnel, perform performance management of assigned staff. Customer Management: maintain customer relationships, issue resolution, retention, and vehicle uptime. Conduct customer visits as required by the Customer Care Plan. Asset Management: maintain shop appearance, recommend equipment, manage vehicle specifications, parts inventory, and vehicle in/out service process. Quality Management: perform quality inspections, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. Ensure safety and EPA compliance. Financial Management: achieve maintenance cost objectives, control budget, execute initiatives, approve purchase orders, reconcile invoices and fuel, manage billback process, ensure data integrity. Qualifications High school diploma/GED required. Associates degree preferred or 13 years experience in maintenance operations. Bachelors degree preferred or 13 years experience in maintenance operations. Maintenance and technical experience in a shop environment required. Supervisory experience preferred. Experience with a Shop Management System preferred. Microsoft Office intermediate preferred. Benefits & Perks Weekly pay. Excellent benefits package after 30days. 10days of paid time off upon hire.
