(NOC: 60030) Number of Positions Available: 1 Term of Employment: Permanent Position, 40 hours per week Location of Work: Camrose, AB Wage: $36.50 per Hour Language Requirements: English Responsibilities Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate daily operations of the restaurant. Manage staff performance, scheduling, and training. Ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Implement health and safety procedures in compliance with provincial regulations. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently. Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and operational reports. Coordinate with head office on promotional campaigns and business updates. Qualifications Completion of a bachelors degree or college diploma in hospitality, food and beverage service management, or in a related field such as business, psychology, or communications, combined with a minimum of 3-4 years of managerial experience in the food service industry, is required. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential to uphold Edo Japans service standards and team performance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required, along with the ability to generate operational reports such as sales summaries, staffing schedules, and inventory tracking. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software is an asset. Strong written communication skills are necessary for internal documentation, training materials, and correspondence with head office.
