Role Overview Were seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Representative with a strong background in B2B or B2C sales to help expand BrainBoxs partnerships with secondary schools, educators, universities, and community organizations. This is a commission-based, part-time role ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy and wants to be part of an early-stage, mission-driven company. What Youll Do Scout & identify leads within the education sector (schools, districts, community programs, universities, and parents associations, etc). Build relationships with key decision-makers and nurture prospects through the sales funnel. Deliver compelling presentations that communicate BrainBoxs value and vision. Negotiate and close deals to drive partnership growth. Collaborate with the BrainBox team to refine outreach strategies and provide insights from the field. What Were Looking For 5+ years of sales experience , preferably in education, edtech, or similar mission-driven industries. A proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills . Self-starter with a hunter mentality motivated, organized, and persistent. Ability to work independently and remotely .
