This role supports Customer Care (CC) Order Processing by bridging customer service and system/process improvements, ensuring seamless order management and compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities Serve as the key user and subject matter expert for CC Order Processing systems and tools (e.g., SAP). Provide daytoday operational support to the customer service team, troubleshooting system or process issues. Coordinate with IT, management and process improvement teams to test and implement system changes or upgrades. Train and support end users on system processes, best practices, and new functionalities. Monitor order processing workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely fulfillment. Collaborate crossfunctionally with service and sales teams to resolve orderrelated issues. Assist in standardizing and documenting order management processes. Support data integrity efforts, including data entry validation and reporting. Participate in global and regional projects as required. Travel to the United States for training, collaboration, and project work. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service and/or order management, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong understanding of SAP or similar ERP systems, especially in order processing modules. Experience as a key user or in a systems/process support capacity is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Comfortable with occasional international travel, particularly to the United States.
