Development Acumen - Familiarity with development approvals and complex subdivisions for commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects. Leasing Expertise - Experience in leasing within the retail, office, and industrial sectors. Impeccable interpersonal and client service abilities, strong initiative, and a collaborative spirit.
