Position Details Position Status: Temporary Full Time Term Ends: March 31, 2026 Location: Glenmore Park, Day Hospital South Community BW Hours: 77.50 FTE: 1.00 Shift: Days Shift Times: 08:00-16:15 Union: HSAA Rate of Pay: $38.90 - $51.80 PCN: DHSPT011 Date Competition Closes October 14, 2025 Responsibilities This position is responsible for providing client care through focused assessment, treatment and discharge planning on our rehabilitation and recovery units, and contributing to our residents quality of life through assessment of appropriate interventions to maximize safe, functional independence on our continuing care units. Other duties may include providing clinical supervision to support staff and students and other related duties as required. Program Summary Day Hospital a community-based program for seniors who are experiencing a mix of physical, mental, emotional and social concerns. The emphasis is on assessment and treatment within a shortterm, goalbased program. The program consists of education, support, and a variety of therapies. Qualifications & Experience Graduation from a recognized Masters or Degree program in Physical Therapy; registration with the College of Physical Therapists of Alberta is required. AADL authorizer is an asset. Experience using physiotherapy in a clinical and/or continuing care setting is an asset. New grads and physiotherapist interns welcome.
