Join the ROCKWOOL Sustainability Team We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented student to join our sustainability team at our Milton location. This 8month role runs January 2026 to August 2026. What youll be doing As a member of the ROCKWOOL Sustainability team, you will support the streamlining and enhancement of ROCKWOOL products sustainability profile. Your responsibilities include digital data management of sustainability certifications, supporting internal and external stakeholders, and developing and maintaining internal databases related to building materials and systems environmental performance. Key Responsibilities Support qualification of sustainability attributes of ROCKWOOL products against industry standards such as LEED, WELL, and others. Conduct research and analysis on sustainability trends and best practices. Maintain internal databases of environmentalrelated policies, codes, and standards pertinent to quantifying and qualifying the environmental performance of building materials and building systems. Use lifecycle assessment (LCA) tools and methodologies to assess the environmental performance of building materials and systems related to the built environment. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather necessary data and insights. Assist the Sustainability team in various sustainability initiatives. What you bring Currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Architecture, or a related field. Strong interest in sustainability and environmental impact of building materials. Knowledge of LCA and related methodologies; experience using LCA tools such as One Click LCA is highly desired. Knowledge of green building standards such as LEED and WELL. Excellent research, analytical, and problemsolving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
