Essential Duties and Responsibilities including, but not limited to: Always manage customer relationships by going the extra mile and representing KUKA with pride and professionalism. The role requires the ability to travel to customer sites on short notice and frequently requires the ability to work long hours to meet customer needs. Assist KUKA Robotics customers and internal personnel for the troubleshooting and repair of electrical, mechanical, and programming problems related to KUKA Robotics equipment. Establish a strong technical relationship and trust with the customer. Works with the Customer Service Manager and/or related supervisor(s) to identify individual training needs to maintain and continuously improve skills and knowledge of KUKA Robotics products and applications. Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager and/or related supervisor(s) to pinpoint specific training requirements that will enhance and sustain proficiency and understanding of KUKA Robotics products and applications. Possessing a strong work ethic, determination, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to travel internationally. Supervisory Responsibilities Lead small teams to perform in-house and on-site projects (i.e. Preventive Maintenance, Retrofits of equipment, program launches etc.). Education Associate degree or trade certificate from an accredited institute. 1-3 years related automation/robotics experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
