Key Responsibilities And Authorities Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001. Plan, lead, and document internal audits related to quality, environmental, and customerspecific requirements as per audit frequency. Review QMS and EMS procedures to ensure accuracy, suitability, and effectiveness per ISO standards and customer requirements. Maintain the internal auditor qualification matrix to ensure sufficient auditors are trained for EMS and system audits. Oversee mandatory EMS evaluations per schedule: compliance audits, NPRI, and 3S audits (waste audits). Lead Layered Process Audits (LPAs) to improve quality systems exceeding customer requirements and ensure audits are completed on time via the automated schedule. Report weekly all LPA nonconformances to the management team. Coordinate and facilitate external thirdparty audits (IATF, ISO 14001) and customer audits from OEMs (e.g., CQI15, CQI14, VDA 6.3, FordQ1, ChinaCQC). Maintain the latest IATF16949 and ISO14001 certificates in respective customer portals. Perform CQI14 warranty assessment and annual review. Track CQI assessments from suppliers. Yearly maintain assessments (StellantisMRS, FordQ1 site assessment). Track and update the Ford supplier assessments and trackers portal. Ensure the requirements of CQC164912892018 are effectively established, implemented, and maintained. Ensure correct use of CQC certificate and mark and continuous validity of certificate status of certified products. Provide monthly compliance QMS reports for all quality services to senior management. Track and ensure timely closure of all audit findings through effective rootcause analysis and corrective/preventive actions. Monitor compliance with applicable legal, customer, and regulatory requirements. Maintain controlled documentation and ensure timely updates of procedures, policies, and records to reflect process or regulatory changes. Support quality and environmental training programs across departments. Perform gap analyses to evaluate compliance and system effectiveness; implement action plans to close identified gaps. Monitor and report on key quality and environmental performance indicators (KPIs and KMIs). Coordinate, schedule, and lead monthly KMI meetings with the management team. Coordinate and plan product audits as per schedule. Coordinate, schedule, and lead the annual Significant Aspect Review, Emergency Preparedness, and Risk & Opportunity Meetings. Provide support during customer visits, audits, and productrelated concerns or escalations. Coordinate, schedule, and lead management review and facility review meetings, ensuring required data and inputs are prepared and communicated clearly. Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., 8D, Kaizen, 5S). Act as a liaison between quality, production, engineering, and customer teams on systemrelated issues and resolutions. Provide warranty backup for the warranty engineer.
