Overview Of The Role As the People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator at Crowe BGK, reporting directly to the P&C Director, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth P&C operations and excellent employee experience. You will support the P&C team with coordination and administration, act as a key contact for new hires, and contribute to fostering a welcoming and engaging workplace culture. What You'll Do Onboarding & Offboarding Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring checklists are completed, departments are aligned, and firstday logistics are in place. Coordinate with the P&C Coordinator and Marketing Specialist responsible for the onboarding presentation delivery to ensure the welcome presentation is scheduled and properly delivered. Manage offboarding activities, ensuring accurate documentation, communication, and system updates. P&C Administration Administer employee benefits (group insurance, RRSP), processing enrollments and changes. Support the leave of absence process by preparing documentation and coordinating with all parties involved to ensure proper communication. Maintain employee records in Rippling, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Act as a liaison with the payroll department to ensure all employee changes in Rippling are accurately communicated and processed. Oversee the P&C ticketing system, responding directly or redirecting requests to the appropriate P&C team member. P&C Processes & Compliance Coordinate first responder training as required. Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements, including maintaining first aid kits, accident logs, evacuation plans, and equipment. Coordinate all matters related to Crowe BGKs Francization process and Francization committee, including the implementation of related initiatives. P&C Projects & Support Contribute to People & Culture projects and initiatives in collaboration with the P&C team. What You Need To Succeed Extensive experience in administration in an HR department (7+ years). Fully bilingual (French & English, spoken and written). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proficiency with HRIS systems (Rippling experience is an asset). Comfortable with technology; knowledge of SharePoint and ticketing systems is an asset.
