Essential Duties and Responsibilities Planned preventive maintenance 40% Unplanned preventive maintenance 20% Chemical wastewater treatment 40% Other Duties Offsite travel to suppliers such as Home Depot or machine shops Maintain the Limble maintenance tracking software Create small blueprints or drawings using CAD software Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 13 years of electrical experience 13 years of plumbing experience 13 years of experience with maintenance tracking software Critical thinking and organization skills Ability to work in hot work areas or hazardous locations Computer proficiency Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel Familiarity with the LOTO process 12 years of pump rebuilds or repairs Educational/Certification Requirements High School Diploma (minimum) 1year trade certification (preferred) Work Experience 12 years in industrial maintenance 12 years as an electrician 12 years as a plumber 12 years as a welder 13 years as a machinist Physical Demands and Working Conditions Lift at least 50 lbs, sometimes more Work in hot and cold environments Handle chemicals and hazardous materials (arsenic, aluminum dust) Work in tight or confined spaces Work in a cleanroom environment Additional Physical Demands Ability to kneel, reach, walk, push, pull, and grasp Stand for long periods Lift up to 40 lbs consistently Work with hazardous chemicals daily Read and comprehend directions Communicate with coworkers via hearing and speaking; accommodations available for deaf employees Wear personal protective equipment where applicable Subject to frequent interruptions Overnight Travel Work may require outoftown travel for training and meetings.
