Responsibilities Understand the customers situation to determine the products and/or services that best meet their needs (current and future) Respond to customer inquiries on services and resolve customer questions and concerns wherever possible Build and strengthen member relationships by identifying customer needs, cross selling and promoting the appropriate products and services Qualifications Grade 12 Diploma plus two years of formal business-related education or equivalent 2 to 5 years of job-related experience with lending products and services, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Familiarity with risk management and regulatory environments Working knowledge of financial accounting principles Experience meeting sales goals Competitive hourly rate range at $60,000 to $65,000 Variable compensation and matched pension plan Benefits and Compensation Variable compensation and a matched pension plan.
