Relational, Humanistic Psychotherapist (RP & RP(Qualifying)) Are you a relational, humanistic therapist who brings presence, empathy, and clinical depth into the therapy room? Are you trained in modalities such as Mindfulness meditation, AEDP, IFS, ACT, CBT, EMDR, EFT, or experienced in couples, family, or teen therapy? Key Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy using a relational, integrative approach Conduct compassionate, thorough clinical assessments and cocreate treatment plans Optionally work with couples, families, teens, or children if within your scope of practice Maintain accurate, ethical documentation and case notes Engage in collaborative practice with the team and maintain professional boundaries as an independent clinician Participate in your own ongoing supervision, training, and selfreflection Qualifications Registration with the CRPO as an RP or RP (Qualifying) Formal training in at least one of: AEDP, IFS, ACT, CBT, EMDR, EFT, or similar Deep commitment to relational, humanistic, and traumainformed practice Experience with families, children, teens, or couples is an asset, not a requirement Strong interpersonal skills, emotional attunement, and reflective capacity Additional Requirements for All Applicants This is an independent contractor role candidates must have: Your own professional liability insurance Access to external clinical supervision (supervision is not provided as part of this role) Only complete applications will be reviewed.
